DIY cards
Here we are as promised. This week I've made 2 cards using yesterdays sheet as the thankyou card was made so quickly! lol Here's how I did them.
Birthday cardI used an oval template that I made from another piece of card and sponged this using whispers ink for the green tones and an inspiration ink for the sky. I then added a fine bronze colour peeloff around the oval. The sentiment topper was made using SU designer label punch with a peice of pearlescent green card and the small sentiment. I then attached this to the strip with SU dimensionals.
Thankyou card
I used the fiskers running water border punch on the striped paper and add the the sentiment to a peice of green card and attached with 2 SU dimensionals.

Jacks Card

Hi everyone, I just wanted to show you this wonderful card that Jack (a young neighbour) has made for his Dads birthday. He
came up with the idea of using a picture of the lorries that his father drives and was able to remember the company name so that we could find a picture. Jack is very new to card making this being his second card, as you can see he has decoupaged the lorries really well. For the inside Jack has added an insert of patterned paper with a lorry that matches the front of the card

S on S Present

This weeks offering is using an image of a present, unfortunately I don't know the original designer of this so cannnot give them credit. I hope you like the way I've used the image and as usual I'll be posting a card later to show you how I've used this sheet. Wishing you all a wonderful weekend.

Here we are as promised the card I've made using this weeks sheet. I used Dovecraft corner punch on the second layer and the plain backing paper was from a pack of card sheets from Grafix for Kids. Enjoy the rest of the weekend.

** For the card with the bow, I will add an insert saying something on the lines of "thinking of you and thought I'd let you know"

More family cards
For my nieces birthday card I made a topper and backing sheet using a photo of her dog (Bichon frise) and a lot of pink as that's her favourite colour! lol

For the second card I used a Stampin up circle scallop punch and a punch/stamp from the 3 for you stamp set for the 3 small flowers . The layout idea I got from an example card on a Stampin up examples site. The lilac backing paper and flower topper are from old TLC stock i have.

For the Ladies
I have been trying to use up various items I've bought and have had for some time! lol This first card was from Carol Ann studio CD and I've added some 3D glue to the middle of the flower.

The second card I made from a decoupage sheet not sure where I got this one! lol but I'm pleased with the result after cutting the card to match the topper.
