Midweek Freebie

Whilst making a card using the Lion sheet (S-on-S) I realised 'something' was missing and a friend suggest using the scroll in the picture for a sentiment. Thanks Anita for the idea, it looks great doesn't it!

So I've made a second sheet for you all and as you know I don't like wasting paper so I've added a few more elements. The circle lions I've made with the idea of adding Anitas 3d clear gloss finish or Stampin up's crystal effects to make 'studs'. When you cut out the scroll on the sheet you'll have to cut the shape as shown on this close up, as it was awkward getting a smooth edge.

Cycling card

Just popping in to show you how I used this weeks S on S. There were so many captions appropriate for this card! My favourite was Catch you later! lol Sadly I thought of that after I'd added the sentiment, never mind, next time eh!
Tomorrow evening I'll be posting a mid week freebie sheet.

Party in the Park

What a wonderful day yesterday was, weather and fun wise. The day was organised by a local charity GNHCT to raise money to buy cots for children in a hospital in Africa. The event was well supported and the dance group Flava who first appeared on Britains got Talent in 2008 performed several great dance routines and along with several local pop groups and a a very talented acoustic guitar player and singer. (sorry name escapes me at the moment!)
There were numerous stalls along with activities for the children. I've added a couple of photos of my stall, but unfortunately don't have any of the wonderful park setting which everyone enjoyed.

S on S Cycling

I love the scene designed by Sweet T designs and hopefully these sheets that I've designed will be useful for some of you. This week I 've done a pyramage sheet and decoupage sheet. I hope to make some cards with these this weekend and will post them for you to see.

Wishing you all a wonderful weekend in this lovely sunny weather we're having, don't forget to use your sun lotion if you're out and about.

Friends cards

Here are 2 cards I made using this saturdays free sheet.

Recipes

** For the birthday card I used stampin ups Loads of love stamp set and the accessories set has the sentiment used. I put the car on using stampin up dimensionals and sponged the 'road' in using whispers archival ink.

** For the card with the bow, I will add an insert saying something on the lines of "thinking of you and thought I'd let you know"

S on S Friends

Thanks for being so patient and waiting for todays sheet. My son and grandaughter came round and I'm busy catching up with cards I need to make for birthdays etc. Hope you like todays image, I haven't added a sentiment as I think this can be used for birthdays, get well, thinking of you, etc. Have fun with the sheet.

A quick note

Just popping in to say the Sheets 0n Saturday will be posted later today, I've got a family invasion! lol

S on S Fathers Day

As fathers day is fast approaching, here's a sheet just for him. I've put the decoupage on 1 sheet as I wanted to include 2 sizes to give you the option of making a larger card if you wish or the usual A6 cards. Hope you like the sentiment I've added. Let me know if you'd like an insert for your card and the size you need.

Birthday Card

This lovely card was made by Marie using Stampin ups 2 step bird punch for the stem/leaves. The small hearts used are from the Papermania border punch. Gemstone brads were added to the flower centres and pearlised paper was used for the stems as shown in this close-up.
